Staff was friendly. Infrastructure around the hotel.

It's a small room space, but it's normal for Japan.

Enjoyed my time there.

I was here for 12 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with a good choice of food. The location was comfortable and best possible, near a train station.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a view on tokyo skytre and it had wake-up service, that's cool. Netflix, climate control and a storage space where a very nice touch...

The complimentary shuttle to Disney was incredibly convenient, and waking up to a stunning view of the Skytree every morning was a highlight of our stay. It truly made the trip special for our family.

Location: the hotel was very close to JR and subway, shopping area as Shinjuku, and the theme park. All the staff were very courteous, they helped us with issues. We ate in the restaurant and the food was nice.

My family and I had a great time! The Sky Tree view was simply breathtaking every morning. (1) The Disney shuttle was super handy for our kids, making our trip to the resort a breeze! (2) Plus, the breakfast had a decent variety, keeping everyone happy(3).

Perfect location for a family trip!

We just spent 5 nights in an Economy Twin Room, and I can't say enough good things! The location is super convenient, right by the train station and loads of food and shops. We even got a surprise birthday cake for my husband, a sweet touch! The only bummer was the snack bar closed early. But overall, a fab stay!

The hotel was in a great location, just a train stop away from the legendary Sumo Stadium, where my family and I enjoyed the sights and atmosphere. Our twin room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of Tokyo Skytree.

My kids wished there was a swimming pool for fun after a long day of exploring. It would be awesome for families visiting the area.

The free shuttle to Disney was a lifesaver, and the shopping nearby was perfect for last-minute souvenirs. The view of the Skytree from our room was amazing, especially at night. Plus, we appreciated the Handy phone rental for maps and staying connected.

The location is stellar. Kinshicho Station is just a short walk away. The view of the Tokyo Skytree from our room was amazing, especially at night. We found the room quite spacious for Tokyo, accommodating our luggage comfortably. The beds were firm, and we slept well. The breakfast buffet offered a solid variety, from Western dishes to Japanese specialties, which I really appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. The cleaning crew was efficient, keeping our room tidy. On the downside, we noticed some wear in the carpets, and there were minor stains on the sofa bed. No microwave in the room was a letdown since we had leftovers from our meals. I'd say the pros outweigh the cons. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location and views.
